Stuart Abelman Studio Art Signed and dated 1981 with VLB-740-49 engraved on the bottom. The finish is an iridescent blue color with pink, yellow, and purple highlights. The rim is wavy/ruffled with a footed base.

The "Pulled Hearts" pattern is on two sides of the vase. The details are two white "stems" with three hearts (flowers) and two bright orange circles.
