AMAZING Studio Art Glass Bowl Signed SUSAN ANNE GLASS 1991 OOAK

  

This a one of a kind piece and a very much different style than most of the wavy. Bowls and vases she became known for. I have been unable to find another of her works quite like this. It is a Crystal Clear bowl with applied glass vines and leaves wrapping around the outer surface of the bowl.

At first glance the applied decoration appears as if of Polished Sterling Silver. Amber glass that has a highly reflective silver finish. Not sure how this was achieved, but it is not plated or painted on. When this bowl is in a brighter lighting it reflects that color into the clear bowl.

This is one of the nicer studio pieces that I have. This is an earlier piece of her glass work as it is s. Igned SUSAN GLASS'91 to the Base.

She Started her Glass blowing studies in 1983 and opened. The Glass Kingdom studio in 1995. Unpacked Weight is 3 lbs. Feedback is given when item is paid for. I describe items to the best of my abilities, but sometimes I may miss something.
