This beautiful example has three tree trunks, with white hawthorne flowers, against an iridescent background. As is visible on the base, the glass is cobalt blue. This large vase is approximately 11 15/16 inches tall. It has a maximum width of about 6 inches. Unpacked, this piece weighs 4 pounds 3.8 ounces. The base is nicely finished, as shown. This would be a fine addition to a collection of American studio art art glass. Identification This piece is marked beneath, Zellique. Joseph Morel's Zellique studio was located in Benicia, California until 2005. This example is not dated, and its age is not known. Condition The vase looks great overall with no chips, cracks, or scratches. Variations in iridescence are as made.
