Peter Bramhall Vintage Listed Studio Art Glass Modernist Sphere 9/3/80 EXCL! Bramhall is a versatile artist working in steel, sumi ink drawings and blown glass. He first started creating in glass at the University of Wisconsin in 1964, later attending the Penland School of Crafts in 1967 / 1968.

He has also taught glass blowing, drawing, and sculpture at Earlham College's Vermont Studies Program, and in 1974, he helped found Craft Professionals of Vermont. This large spherical form has a striking Modernist design done in clear glass with organic applied spheres of textured and controlled bubble wrapped like micro-organisms around the exterior.

The piece measures 9" high and 9" in diameter. The base is hand engraved "BRAMHALL" and dated "9/3/80".
